In support of technical projects throughout his career, Mr. Snider has had the opportunity to become involved in the legal and public process aspects of much of his work. This experience includes:

• Forensic investigations and expert testimony for cases involving in personal injury and property damage litigation.

• Expert testimony before the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna, Austria during the licensing process for Philippine Nuclear Power Plant #1.

• Expert testimony in support of the New York Power Authority's Sound Cable Project under the New York Article VIII adjudicatory hearing process.

• Preparation of testimony in support of pending lawsuits regarding the site selection process for a low-level radioactive waste disposal facility in North Carolina.

• Presentations and dialogue at over 50 public meetings and hearings on low-level radioactive waste disposal site selection and safety issues in North Carolina, New Jersey and Vermont, including dealing with often hostile audiences.

• Technical and strategic support of my employer's legal counsel during an extensive bid protest process arising from awarding of a $100 million dollar contract to our firm over the apparent low bidder.
